CONFERENCE PROGRAM: CEUs are pending approval from ATRA. ATRA has been reviewed and approved as an authorized provider by the IACET.

SCHOLARSHIPS: At least one professional and one student will be selected to receive free conference registration and hotel accommodations each year. These scholarship recipients receive recognition and free conference registration in return for volunteer efforts at the conference and support on an NJEPA-TRA Committee for 2019-2020. If you are interested in being a scholarship recipient, apply online. 
 
MEMBERSHIP STATUS: Please, contact Tracy Jastrzab at tracyjastrzab@comcast.net to verify your status as a member of NJ/EPA TRA. If you are not a member, you are encouraged to complete a membership application at www.njepa-tra.com in order to receive the member registration rate.

STUDENTS: Students must provide proof of full time enrollment in a Therapeutic Recreation program. Proof of enrollment can include a current transcript of classes or a copy of student ID. Email proof of enrollment to Gwenn Vilade via gwenn.vilade@yahoo.com  . 
  
SPEAKERS/PRESENTERS: All presenters are entitled to attend the day of their scheduled session FREE of charge. If presenters would like to attend the Full Conference, they must pay the one day registration fee accordingly. 
  
CANCELLATION/REFUNDS: All requests for refunds must be made in writing to Jackie Bokunwicz, Registration Coordinator (jacklyn.bokunwicz@gmail.com). Cancellations marked before November 5 will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be made after November 15, 2019. Refunds will not be provided for no-shows.
